Eclypse Investment Group Presents at Annual GEDA Conference

SAVANNAH - Curt Noel, Chief Investment Officer of Eclypse Investment Group ("EIG"), recently delivered a presentation to attendees of the Georgia Economic Developers Association's ("GEDA") 2006 Annual Conference.

Mr. Noel's presentation, entitled "Securing Private Investment Capital", highlighted strategies to assist emerging business more efficiently access private capital for growth.

"A general understanding of investor constituencies, ranging from banks to private equity firms to individuals, can empower economic developers to direct promising businesses in their communities to the most receptive investors", commented Mr. Noel.

Mr. Noel also described the importance of challenging entrepreneurs to identify their specific financing objectives and provide accurate financial statements.

The GEDA conference, themed "Economic Development of the Future, the Choice Is Yours", was held in Savannah on September 20, 21 and 22nd.
