Capital Formation

EIG provides promising companies with an efficient process to access non-traditional financing sources including affluent individuals and institutional investors.

EIG's capital formation process involves the syndication of investment units targeted to a unique mix of investors which we select based on the individual characteristics of each company.

This process begins at the time EIG issues a term sheet outlining the basic investment parameters, and lasts approximately 60 days, assuming our investment thesis can be confirmed during due diligence.

EIG's capital formation services are provided by our broker-dealer affiliate, Eclypse Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC).
